hourly rate
my hourly rate is $150/hr.
siding Scale
i don’t offer sliding scale pricing but i want to work with folks who are dedicated to doing this work together. if my fee is a challenge for you, let me know and we can have a discussion about how to adjust the fee to make this work possible for you.
session Length
in order to allow the nervous system to slow down session times are a minimum of 2 hours. within this timeframe the body is able to transition from fight or flight to rest and digest.
Group Sessions
my regularly hourly rate applies. I can see a maximum of 3 clients a day, two hours each ($300/person). if i am supporting a group at a retreat, i can see 4-5 clients/day if sessions are 1 hour. my regularly hourly rate applies.​ travel and lodging must be provided.
In-Home Visits
i see most clients in my practice space in sebastopol and can come to you for a home visit if that is a need. i add $50-$100, depending on distance, for a home visit to cover gas and the extra time for travel.
Cancellation Policy
please let me know if you need to change our appointment time with 48 hours notice. if a change is made within 48 hours this doesn’t give me enough time to fill the spot, so i charge a 2-hour session fee (unless it’s an emergency) because this is income i'm counting on.
