music and dance are lifelines for me.
they weave community, stir emotion, and connect us to something timeless. whether through rhythm, sound, or dynamic stillness, they are pathways of listening and re-membering that I bow to.

in 2021 i released my album, ‘gather’, sharing songs that have come through me and have spread like dandelion seeds around the world.
may they, and the songs to come, bring us together on our paths of
re-membering how to be in connection with the earth, elements, other humans and the more than human.
